The price of Regular and Premium are down one and two cents, respectively, from last week. According to GasBuddy.com, California has the highest average price for Regular at $3.23 and Mississippi has the cheapest at $1.83. The WTIC end of day spot price closed at 39.54, up 6.1% from last week.
